[Deptheads] Trophies, etc

This is a multi-part problem.

1. We need Neoncon's winners list, that is 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, plus the number of players in each. See http://www.strategicon.net/index.php?goto=annual_awards for more details.
2. I or someone needs to find the time to compile the data from all 4 conventions. Aside from not having Neoncon's data, our spreadsheets aren't always in sync with the website for some events and there's the figuring out what category some events belong in.
3. Ordering the plaques (harder to do without 1 and 2 being completed).

#2 has become a big issue for me due to me taking 2 classes (where I'm 2 weeks behind due to admissions issues, with midterms looming before the con), starting a new full time job next week, and having a 10 month old. Before, I had no brain power, now I have no time.

If I can get caught up in my classes, I will work on #2, minus Neoncon. This is a big if.
