I could bring a few extra rigs like the one I use if someone could reimburse
me for the cost of materials. They don't pierce the wall coverings and they
will hold a real heavy banner. It has been a while since I made it but they
shouldn't cost more than $40 each. If that is too steep, stop by the
miniature area at take a look at it during the convention. For a group that
might have a few extra halberds lying around they could be put together a
lot cheaper if some of the parts were salvaged.

I don't know if they will let us put pins in the walls. HMGS puts their
banner up with pvc pipe (thing of a three sided rectangle of pipe). Nice
thing about it is you don't need a ladder to put it up and you can adjust
the height.

Okay, Fantasy Flight was kind enough to send us some huge banners promoting
Bruno's games (Isla Dorada and Citadels). They are about eight feet tall and
have two small holes from which they can be hung. We could just get on a
chair and use some long pins to hang them, I suppose. Ideally, it would be
great to have them on the right side as you walk into the Board Game room
(near the library) since we'll have the Faidutti events/demos over there
(Neil/Heather - right? Please correct me if I'm wrong). I assume we can use
large straight pins to hang them - okay to put those in the wall?
Please advise me on how we should hang them if this doesn't make sense. I
might end up with a third banner as well (trying to see if I can get a cheap
library banner).
