[Deptheads] Printing help

I've revised the sign up sheet code slight so the page break are  
automatic. All you have to do is go to http://www.strategicon.net/index.php?goto=admin_events 
, choose "All Signup Sheets" after the appropriate department, and  
print the result. Long descriptions can cause some issues.
