[Deptheads] Social messages: please use #Orccon2011

Now we also have @strategiconLIB which is the Board Game Library's twitter
feed. This is to set us up for the future as well because I recommended that
the Boardgamegeek folks add something to their software to tweet and even
send people a response when a game they want is checked back in (Aldie's
working on it).

But for the con, we'll tweet about check-outs and when people say they want
players, we'll note that on the feed.
