Seeking input:
The 9:30 opening seemed to work especially on Saturday. Far bigger crowd in AM than usual. 

The 7:00pm closing did not seem to help. It always busy just before closing no matter what time, but 6 to 6:45 there were no extra people.  It also made for a long day - and more pay for those with Staff. 

Behind the scenes, I think 8am Saturday for setup  instead of 8:30 will make dealers less anxious. We were open before 8, I just didn't want to be locked in to that time.  They were fine with 9 sundays and Monday. 

Closing Monday at 2:30 is up in the air. I think it will stick.  It's the "real" time we are usually done.  the problem was people were packing up in anticipation even though auction was still going.  

Lastly, have a problem with people leaving early like Sunday night.  Room was looking sparse compared to Saturday!
