Yes they should.  We need to be more formal with our scheduling as a whole.  Payouts should be open the same hours as the dealer's room is.

I heard a lot of complaints that the dealer dollars were not open at the sane time the EH opened on Monday.  Should the hours of DEaler Dollars match the EH hours?
