Good idea.
This gives them the option to sell in the flea market on friday. Their choice.
Someone will take advantage of the opportunity.

Here's an idea -- we can include the dealers in the Friday night flea market for free. We usually only sell a couple of tables (this time it was three) so having them there just adds to it. This way they can sell some stuff if they like, have a chance at first shot at people's money, and if they don't want to or can't it doesn't make them change anything.
Thoughts?

People that cant come in earlier will have to set up after the Friday closing, and that means a really late night of setup (with me having to stay also to monitor) and then a quick AM turn around leaving them and me exhausted and looking at 3 days of work! Plus the bad feelings of missing room time.
