[Deptheads] event inflation

I believe just a single page of open and close times is better than listing them as events. A page of Dealer Room, Registration hours, Flea Market hours, and so forth on a single page at the beginning of the book would be best.

Ok, so Kublacon only has 25 events listed as of this moment. 20 of the 25 are of 
he "Room Opens" or Room Closes" variety. Should we list these in our event 
chedule? Would it be useful? I think it would -- we put the Exhibitor Hall 
pen/close in the master schedule and I think it helped.
Thoughts?
