I agree with RJ on the times, cutting to 6pm is fine. Keep 2:30 on Monday though for at least next con. One of our main problem areas still to be addressed is Monday events and attendance. Having the Dealer Room open after the auction gives people a place to spend their money and allows people winning dealer dollars in the morning games time to get there and spend.

I will be working to try to increase Dealer Room traffic after our Monday morning games with a couple of ideas. If they work, we can make them available for use convention-wide (I'll be more specific later if other departments want to join in early).

he 9:30 opening seemed to work especially on Saturday. Far bigger crowd in AM 
han usual. 
The 7:00pm closing did not seem to help. It always busy just before closing no 
atter what time, but 6 to 6:45 there were no extra people.  It also made for a 
ong day - and more pay for those with Staff. 
Behind the scenes, I think 8am Saturday for setup  instead of 8:30 will make 
ealers less anxious. We were open before 8, I just didn't want to be locked in 
o that time.  They were fine with 9 sundays and Monday. 
Closing Monday at 2:30 is up in the air. I think it will stick.  It's the "real" 
ime we are usually done.  the problem was people were packing up in 
nticipation even though auction was still going.  
Lastly, have a problem with people leaving early like Sunday night.  Room was 
ooking sparse compared to Saturday!
