[Deptheads] Dealer Room Hours

I've been to many cons where the Dealer Room opens from 7pm to 10pm on openning day to get the ball rolling, and others where the Dealer Room setup is 4pm to 9pm the night before the convention and it's open Noon the first day. Both are tried and true options for getting the Dealers early business.
