[Deptheads] Costume Contest / Awesomely Bad Movie Night

There are several threads that need this information, so I'm gonna
start a new thread to contain all said information.

Costume Contest for OrcCon 2011! It is happening!
It will be a two fold event.

First, there will be a more informal "Hall Costume Contest" All day
saturday. One person (that will change throughout the day) Will be
roaming the con with a camera, scoping out anyone who happens to be in
costume that day. When they find someone, they snap there picture, ask
them about their costume, present them with an impromptu participation
ribbon, thank them, and continue on.
It's a way of getting costumers recognized, and to encourage more
costumes to come. (Thank you Vic for the idea)

Second, there will be a formal Costume Contest @ 5pm, Sunday evening
in the Movie room. Participants will be asked to attend in costume and
provide a brief biography of themselves. Each will be brought on stage
to show-off for the audience and a three judge panel, answer a few
questions, and once everyone has had a turn to show off, the three
judge panel will convene and award points based on Creativity,
Charisma, Style and Theme. Once complete, each participant will have
one final opportunity to show off before we give up the stage to the
feedback seminar.

Bonus!
Awesomely bad movie night will be returning Saturday Night @ Midnight
(That's 11:59pm Saturday, 12:01am Sunday for those who are confused).
Three incredibly bad movies, lets see how long the audience can last.
Awards to be determined.
