[Deptheads] Room deadline extended by hotel ...

to Feb 4 due to the oversight of the changed contract (they agreed  
that when we moved the dates of the con we should have changed that  
deadline).

However, we're going to get them in this week. Once the block is full  
we have to hope there's rooms left.

The good thing is this gives me a good idea how bad the cut-rate rooms  
were affecting our room counts....
