[Deptheads] Event Editing Day/Times is Broken

Pathfinder society calls for play times of 5 hours for a scenario.

the 2pm and 8pm start times are ok, but the 9am start time is too late 
and do not give GMs a break between sessions to eat and get ready for 
the next session.
