[Deptheads] Badges

I second the comments about the cool badge artwork. That was classy. 

I dont know that we need to ditch the creative titles. I've seen several people comment favorably upon them in the past.  I personally think they give the event character.

The "titles" issue might be part of the "hard to tell who is staff" issue?  We could start by demarking staff badges in som clearer way and take it from there?
