[Deptheads] Badges

Not all but quite a few do. I would say a little less then half use them. Special badge holders that say Staff on them sound good, however, I think it's the remembering to bring them and use them that would be the problem.

    On another note, does all the staff use the "Strategicon" badge
    holders?  Maybe we could do those in a different color, like John's
    guys did...
