Staff at many conventions wear staff shirts. Strategicon staff wore strategicon 
shirts back in the day (some still sport the shirts).
Last year we discussed having staff shirts and the hang-up was color (short 
sleeve, 3-button, polo shirt with strategicon stitched on it- like the old 
strategicon shirts but a different color).
Staff wearing strategiocn shirts is the best way to indentify staff in a crowd 
(unless the shirts are black and then we would need to have the word STAFF in 
large print on the back of the shirt....and we would
look and feel like we are working a sporting event at staples center or dodger 
stadium).

The second best option (if shirts are not used) is to have staff badge holders 
that have the word STAFF on them at the bottom in big print (strategicon at the 
top like it is now).
"On-duty" staff wearing staff shirts would be a nice touch for our convention.
