[Deptheads] Badges

Wow, what a weenie concern we've burnt a lot of time on. :)

I think the badges are fine but change them if you like. I was constantly asked questions and never put a badge on this last con (went missing somewhere).

Let's talk about how we get more people to the con! ;)
