Everyone needs to submit the questions (and where we might not know, the answers) they get asked starting with the most common, because, if you get asked it a lot, chances are others get asked it.

Headquarters locations is good.

I believe Tracy has some useful info at reg desk. That might be a good starting point.

Hoping to have most of the list below as signs behind reg desk as appropriate, but good for everyone working the con to know
Food stand location and hrs
Reg desk location and hrs
Payouts location and hrs
Paint and Take location and hrs
Exhibitor Hall location and hrs
Flea Market location and hrs
Basic Flea Market policy
Special Events, locations and times
Guest events, locations and times
When and where to submit figures for painting contest
When and where the costume contest is

Also, maybe a few numbers
Attendance last con
Attendance last of this con

Staff phone #s should be a separate sheet or preferably an email and we put the data on our phones. I don't want my number floating around during or after the cons.

All info should be stuff we don't care who knows or gets a hold of.

Also, remember, this info sheet is most likely going to be given to volunteers too.

Which brings up a more important issue in my opinion, we need info sheets for staff and volunteers so they can answer general questions and some outside their team.
