[Deptheads] Day Care and Kid's Track Input

All departments should think about what they can add in the way of kid
focused events, but beyond that, I think it is a waste of time to bring this
up after every con.
And remember to keep Eric D. informed of any kid focused events, especial
ones on Sunday.
