[Deptheads] Ted Alspach is a go for Gateway 2011

Not trying to belabor the point, but if we knew what areas causes the 
cost overruns, then we could be more conscious of them:

Staff Rooms
Volunteer Rooms
Buffet lunches
Special guest expenses
table rentals
Electrical costs (Extension cords)
internet costs
Signage
Setup cost
re-setup costs (do they charge us every time an oops "I need this room 
rearranged")
etc
