[Deptheads] Strategicon: FW: convention/Monster

Last time the food services guy got loud and rude and threw them out and told us we couldn't give it away...so I kept all the drink and took responsibility from convention to me personally (and of course it got given away same as if I went to grocery store and bought 4 cases of drink and let people have them free). A convention cannot give away stuff to participants? BS. So I took it upwards and was told that it was ok for us to give away drink as long as they were notified before the convention started of who, what, and when.... and for now it was ok for me to give away the drink since it was mine as long as I didn't make a circus of it he said laughing. The food manager that made a scene got reprimanded for how he dealt with it (being rude to neil, monster reps, and con goers) and all we have to do in the future is
 contact Susan Wertz and let her know what day and time monster is coming and that they will be sampling/giving away energy drinks during X times. I told her I would have our event coordinator contact them for next con for any giveaways, sponsor appearances, etc.

Coordinate with nova/monster the date and time and let Tim know and he can contact Susan and we are officially confirmed. I sent him, chris, and Eric A. her contact info.
