Chris Lundgren is the Catalyst Games Rep (battletech miniatures).

He was the PITA that was harping about another battetech game that was
scheduled at the convention Not run by his demo crew.  Caused us no end of
aggravation.  He is ADD and somewhat illiterate (I can imagine the
communications he as sent you).

He plans on being at future cons, but is an ardent supporter of Socal
Smackdown.

You can ask Hyrum about him, as he has caused him much grief for his St
Crispins Meetup site.

Other than that, he is a great guy, well intentioned, but Rome was paved
