The party game challenge was a compilation of all of the party games occurring in the board game room, whether sanctioned or not. I'd suggest that you imagine the headcount to be nearly the same as the total for all games in the part game category put together. Perhaps negligibly higher.

I also would suggest that the Ticket to Ride finals had one table, at most five players. Since it appears to have been part of Puffing Billy, I'd imagine Terry Newton would have some recollection as to more specific details. 

Axis and Allies likely only had one table I. Their finals as well. Not sure how many players that would mean.
