[Deptheads] Updated room list

The Library Staff won't need the room until Friday night - arriving 5/27 and
departing on 5/30 (3 nights). I arrive on 5/28 and wil depart 5/30 (2
nights).

Actually, nearly all departures should be 5/30 - that's Monday.

I'm confirming with our new VIP Coordinator, Stephanie. I think she'll book
her own room and just get reimbursed for the staff portion. Will update
today.
