[Deptheads] Event Editing Day/Times is Broken

Editing events should be working again, with one caveat.
If you change the day in any of the start fields the time settings will reset in all 3 options. And RPGs will start losing time options.

I will look into the problem. If this prevents a change, let Eric A, Tim and I know.
