Hi there,
I was just looking over your website and would love the opportunity to communicate with you about the different conventions you hold.  I work for the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center in Washington State.  We have over 100,000 sq feet of meeting space including our 50,000 sq ft exhibition hall.  We have several hotels within walking distance to the Convention Center and plenty of restaurants in the downtown area (all within walking distance). 
 
We have been host to the Magic Grad Prix events and they are potentially going to book their event with us annually.  We have also held the Washington State Pokémon Championship tournament as well as the Washington State Elementary Chess Championships which had a turnout of over 6,000 people over 2 days.
 
I think we might be a perfect fit for some of your events.
 
I look forward to speaking with you about what the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center and Washington has to offer.
