[Deptheads] Gateway and the Girl Scounts

I invited the Girl Scouts (not Scounts sorry for typo!) as part of the "outreach program" E. Downing is trying to establish in Marketing.  This was the first go at it.  

The idea is to... reach out... to organizations in the community who may be interested in games and attending a gaming convention, but don't really know about Strategicon. I find an interested local group, invite a few members, show them around when they arrive, and then unleash them upon The Con.  I hope to make connections to groups who don't normally run in the Strategicon Circle of Influence.  Spread the Con's reach wider. Try to get interest from a more diverse cross-section of folks who live locally.  

Obviously there is a potential to gently leverage the connections as a potential customer base - people who attend and have fun (meeting Bill Chott!) will tell their friends and want to come back for the next Con as paying customers - which, in this case, the Girl Scouts really want to do for Orccon.  

Is there a group discount by the way?

Any other groups to reach out to?  I am thinking cub/boy scouts, Veterans, Pro vs. GI Joe, Ability First...
