[Deptheads] Paperwork processing at HQs

Board Game HQ: Fri 12pm - 12am, Sat 8am - 12am, Sun 8am-12am, Mon 8am -
4pm.

The person in charge at the Board Game HQ will be either myself or Chris
Moody, depending on the schedule.
