Get  ready, Gamers!

Gamex 2012 is just around the corner! Pre-register for  your con passes at 
www.strategicon.net — and don't forget to book your hotel  rooms at the 
Sheraton Gateway! Why should you spend your Memorial Day Weekend  with us? 
Because we have a bunch of fun events planned just for you! Take a  look at 
what's coming:

A Gaslight Masquerade - Join us on Friday, May  25, from 8pm - Midnight for 
a "Gaslight Masquerade" charity event. There will  be raffle prizes, a 
costume contest, and much more. This event is a minimum  $10 donation at the 
door and Steampunk costumes are required. All proceeds go  to the Make-a-Wish 
Foundation.

Boardgames is hosting some MEGA  Tournaments: Friday Night 7 Wonders and 
Monday Morning Dominion, as well as  Guest of Honor Tournaments of Wiz-War and 
Kingdom Builder. We might even have  the designers join in the final game. 
And we have the NACC Settlers Qualifier  Tournament with the winner getting 
a trip to GenCon!

...and that's not  the ONLY way to get to GenCon...

Warmachines/Hordes will also be  hosting their Path to GenCon event at this 
year's Gamex!

Special guest  Richard Borg will be doing some awesome stuff with strong 
support from the  publishers - including Pig Pile on Sunday for Family Day, a 
big Memoir event  on MONDAY and we should have a good time with Liar's Dice, 
too. 

...and  one more thing...

The Dealer Room will be open Friday Night from  7pm-9pm! Make sure to get 
your cash ready and get your pre-con shopping done!  We're five weeks away
