[Deptheads] Beat the Pros / Meet the Pros event scheduled, need a location

I've listed the Beat the Pros Prelude: Meet the Pros event on the calendar
at 8 PM on Saturday night. I still need a small conference-style room to
run it in. It'd be cool if it could be listed among the Special Events, but
I don't have a logo or much of a description (other than what's on the
Strategicon site).

Is it inappropriate to list something as both my Department (Video Games)
and also as a "Seminar & Special Events" item?
