Hi all,

Here is a copy of the standard e-mail I send out. It has all the information you need to get me your list in the correct format. As always there will be a treat for those of you who get me your list on time. :)

Hi Everyone,


 
It's that time again. I need your volunteer lists by Aug. 20th. I 
know that seems like a long way away, but it is actually only 10 days 
from today. I will be making all the badges that week.**** Please give me your lists in Excel or Open Office.**** If you do not I have to re-type your entire list. Let's get real, I'll just send it back to you to fix. Title the three columns as follows:




 
First name, Last name, Title
 
Please do not put your name on the list. You are Staff and I have a separate list with you already on it.
 
Your volunteers title is not Volunteer or Staff. The word Volunteer will already be printed on the badge. Title examples: GM, Asst. GM, Game Master etc... You do not have to include a title if you don't want to. 




 
If anyone has any questions or special requests just ask. :)
