And that's without submitting the staff list.

We're already over 2009's pre reg's with 10 days to go -- the high for Gateway was in 2010 (2011 was 2 less -- at the door was better in 2011 so 2011 was slightly higher than 2010 overall). We might hit 500, which would blow away the previous high.

We'll hit 700 events. We're slightly under now (697), but using the KublaCon definition of event we'll be over by the time I put the conbook together this weekend.

Which reminds me, after tomorrow night I'm pulling the schedule for the conbook. If it's not on the schedule by tomorrow night, the default answer becomes "no" to adding events. I've shut off event additions from the outside world as is.
