Tracy,When you have all the badges for staff and volunteers numbered, can you get me an excel-type copy?  The last con we used a VLOOKUP for putting in the winners and it really shaved data entry time down.  I'll find you at con at end of day(s) to get the updated reg list like the last time too.Thanks,Ken

Hello all you wonderful people!

Does anyone need a badge for a Speaker or Demonstrator?
I have not received any requests for this type of badge.
These badges are for people who are solely coming to the con to Demo or Speak.

Hi Everyone,




 




It's that time again. I need your volunteer lists by Aug. 20th. I 
know that seems like a long way away, but it is actually only 10 days 
from today. I will be making all the badges that week.**** Please give me your lists in Excel or Open Office.**** If you do not I have to re-type your entire list. Let's get real, I'll just send it back to you to fix. Title the three columns as follows:









 




First name, Last name, Title




 




Please do not put your name on the list. You are Staff and I have a separate list with you already on it.




 




Your volunteers title is not Volunteer or Staff. The word Volunteer will already be printed on the badge. Title examples: GM, Asst. GM, Game Master etc... You do not have to include a title if you don't want to. 









 


If anyone has any questions or special requests just ask. :)
