[Deptheads] Special Guest Protocols

I agree - let's chat after. Or at the con. Maybe a brief powwow would help
avoid a ton of e-mail.

All the people I had considered for 2013 involved money for travel. Susan
is the most cost-efficient. I assumed we wanted to skip international
folks. I have one big fish that I've failed to land so far but there is one
more line to try.
