[Deptheads] conbook proof 2

I thought I sent this before but all the 3-D Ghost Stories events should be
removed. Get rid of every line with LIBRARY RESERVE on it. This isn't an
event but a way for people to have pre-registered to reserve the game. It
is misleading to put it on there and no paperwork should be printed for it.
