I put the schedule together in 4 Phases:
Phase 1: BIG tournaments - spaced 3 to 4 hours apart over the entire con. There are only 11 of these, including the MEGA on Monday morning, so I want them as far apart as possible.
Phase 2: MED tournaments - filling in every hour around the BIG tournaments. There are 20 or so of these, again spread throughout the con so there is less conflict.
Phase 3: SMALL tournaments - These are the rest of the tournaments, over 50 of them, with usually no more than 3 at any given time.
Phase 4: Everything else =) Sometimes, especially if we have DEMOS or Special Guest events, those get scheduled earlier so that GMs can make sure not to conflict with anything they want to participate in.

What is Phase 2? How do we use it? What was Phase 1?

I will not be approving any non-Phase 2 games until after Phase 2 is complete. For those who do not know, Phase 2 is all the medium sized tournaments that are spread through out the schedule. There are some of these that people have already put in the queue, so I will be checking those this weekend before I send out an update on what is still needed and when it is needed.
