[Deptheads] Room list -- check this now!

Here's the issue, our room block is full. So, unless they have already booked their room in our block, or they are on our room list they will be charged full hotel rates, and we will only reimburse at the con rate. Any difference between these two rates is their responsibility.

The room list is going out by 3pm, today. So, I suggest everyone make sure their volunteers are covered now. After today, there is no fixing it.

Redundant rooms are much easier to fix than adding rooms, so if there's any concern, get the person on our list.
