Tim,
When the Boy Scouts double booked our event they gave us the whole weekend for free. Let's start with that as our opening bid. It could happen

To give everyone a "heads up", we have had a big snafu with the hotel. They double booked one of the conference rooms (just like at Gateway). We have had to do some major shuffling and this was only finalized last night around 6pm. The con book went to the printers on Monday. As such we are going to have some issues with locations and events. The biggest issue is the computer/video game room has been moved to Salon 112. Redondo will be used for a law enforcement training event until late afternoon on Saturday. After that Rock Band will move in there. 

There are two issues we need to address. 


Make sure everyone knows (especially at Reg) that the computer/video games are in Salon 112. 
We need to keep games and gamers away from Redondo until after the other group leaves on Saturday.
The staff member's who are directly effected by this already know about it, but you need to be aware of it as well.

And yes, you better believe that we will 'discuss' this with the hotel management.
