[Deptheads] we need a quartermaster

All this stuff going missing illustrates the need for someone who's sole job is dealing with all our stuff. It would be a senior staff position with a lot of authority, and almost all the work could be done pre/end con, so the individual could game to their hearts content.

Requirements:

1. Driver's license and the ability to drive large vehicles.
2. Excellent organization skills.
3. Physically fit enough to handle the rigors of load in/out.
4. Local to the greater L.A. area

Duties

Inventory our equipment. Should be checked when loading in and loading out.
Arrange transport of the equipment on late Thursday/early Friday to the con.
Arrange transport of the equipemnt on mid Monday from the con.
Arrange storage facilities to store said equipment.

The ideal candidate would be an ex supply sergeant type.

Obviously, they'd have access to volunteers to help load/unload during the show.

We need someone sooner rather than later, and they will have to be local (many of our problems stem from the fact I have to handle a large chunk of these duties).
