[Deptheads] we need a quartermaster

If I may make a suggestion - any cardboard boxes still being used to carry
Con supplies should be retired in favor of soft-lockable plastic crates.
They generally run ~$10 at any Hardware store (or Fry's), and would nearly
eliminate the possibility of a box coming apart while being moved.
