[Deptheads] Gamex Charity Event

I haven't gotten all the confirmations, yet, in order *to* advertise.  My
deadline for contacts is March 15.  Ideally, I'd like to have space for up
to 75 people, including "special guests" (should any be there).  This is my
first time planning/coordinating something like this and I've actually been
working on it since January, just wasn't sure who I needed to talk to and
Orccon was more pressing.  If I have a room, regardless of if I have
"special guests" or not, once the charities I'm contacting get back to me,
I can advertise it.  Right now, I have a message out to DonateGames.org,
going to try to get with Child's Play, as well.  If there are other
suggestions, please let me know.  I'd like to get three different charities
for each of the conventions... KNTR is slated for September's, currently.
