[Deptheads] We need more volunteers

Board games needs volunteers. That's not new. Shane and Dean will be
contacting all the folks we collected at orccon.

We threw an idea on the table last Monday: how about 8 hours for a badge
and 12-16 for a shirt. There are plenty of volunteers who work beyond the
minimum who get nothing in exchange. Any other ideas to reward these folks?
Maybe 20 to get invited to VIP events. What else?
