Seeing all this talk about volunteers made me remember something Tanya and I discussed --

Another spot we've got to fill is a Volunteer Liaison position to wrangle volunteers between shows. I have been doing a bit of it (fielding the volunteer emails and forwarding them appropriately), but it needs a bit more effort and someone to stay on top of things. It shouldn't be too demanding but it requires organizational skills.
