No reason to have a QR code on a flyer.
Listing our web address will do fine. **They have the flyer.**
I'd leave them off, except for color flyers we send to stores, hoping they get pinned up.
The square format uglifies the layout of anything they get stuck on, unless there is room to find a dusty corner to sit it in...
They make sense in other uses - posters, banners, etc., where you have the added bonus of them being proprotionally smaller. They might well be a useful addition to the corners of some of our on-site signage.
Frankly, some of the most "digital" people I know enjoy and savor gaming as a refuge from the constant electronic soup that they, and many other people live in.

Future Idea for half sheet and main flyer (I think I can get this on the main flyer that will be finished in a few weeks)
Consider adding in a QR code. Even if people don't use it, it will give the impression that Strategicon is with the digital times :)
Here are two sites where you can generate free QR codes:

http://qrcode.kaywa.com/
I was also thinking that some game should use an augmented reality app somehow. Maybe if you point your smartphone to the cover of the game box, the rules pop up. This video shows how AR is used to give someone instructions on how to change a printer cartridge - elementary but still cool - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6FMABGBMjY&noredirect=1

Well. For now, you can use what I sent or not. I'll make adjustments for the next one. Sadly, Victor needed something by Friday and I had enough time to make what you have. If you don't like it, don't use it. :-) I did it as a courtesy. It *is* only a half sheet. A full sheet would have more information and way more detail.

Never assume that someone will look at the website. Minimum requirements is when and where.

That's why the website is on there, twice. I only have so much room on a half sheet.
Sent from my HTC smartphone on the Now Network from Sprint!

This does not say where Gamex is at, I would think we would want to put the hotel and address??

Here's the PR flyer for Gamex. Any cons you're going to, please print & copy these to distribute. They're half-sheet landscape. :D
