[Deptheads] January Meeting

Ok, we have to go either the 15th or the 22nd. Either way I'm TiVo'ing two football games. We need to make a decision on this ASAP. It is not an all hands meeting, so it needs to be just one person from each department and the event coordinator plus those who wish to attend :-)
