[Deptheads] Special Events on the Website

Hi Everyone,

It's great to see all these events being sent in. I'm still entering them, but I wanted to let everyone know of the list priority.

1. I can link to it on the events page.
2. Has an image.
3. Has a description that's not a copy of that on the events page.
4. Actually has a paragraph of description (i.e. not a single sentence or nothing). If I don't get this, it may not get listed unless Eric A begs me to, or does it himself.

The more of these an event has the higher up on the list it goes. That said, if events have all these, the shorter descriptions get higher billing so we see more items at the top of the page. Also, events that have never been offered before get higher billing than repeat events.

In some cases, new events with no image will be put ahead of events with an image, but nothing short of and Eric A. intervention will get an event up the list if it has no reference in the event list. In fact, starting next con, I may not list an event if I can't find it on the events list.

Keep in mind, if I don't have an image for the special events page, I don't have one for the home page.
