Will they get a the - free pass as an "add on" or will their pre-registration fee be returned?

People are going to ask: what if I already pre-registered? We should note that you will still get a free pass if you have already pre-registered (either for Gamex instead or a refund...I think the former is better). We don't want people to delay registering to see if they win...

OrcconTweetup Details: Entries for this Tweetup will be accepted from 12 a.m. PST Wednesday 1/25/12 - 11:59 p.m. PST Friday 1/28/12. Winners will be notified starting Saturday 1/29/12. All winners will have been notified by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday 1/29/12. All winner confirmations will be sent via email.  By entering the contest, you acknowledge your spot is for one person only (you) and is non-transferable. By entering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own expenses for travel, lodging, local transportation, parking, food and other amenities. Further information will be provided to winners of the Tweetup contest.
