[Deptheads] Costume Contest

I really need to know what I'm supposed to do for getting this scheduled.
 I don't need the room with the stage, but I would like a room somewhere.
 Please help?  I'm not sure who I report to for this or who to coordinate
with or anything. I'd like to get it on the schedule so I can advertise it
properly.
