[Deptheads] Meeting this weekend!

Reminder----
"All hands on deck" means every person on this list can attend (staff, dept. heads, sub-department heads, etc).
"Not all hands on deck" means only One person from the department listed (which includes it's sub departments)  needs to attend. 
So only one person is needed for Board Games--which includes war games and card games which is why they were not listed seperately as needing someone from them. One person representing board games and it's sub-departments. 
Several departments are not listed--paypouts, quartermaster, movies, auctions, art. etc.
 
This email list is for discussing convention issues and topics and to bring up ideas and suggestions. This list should handle the bulk of discussion and iron out most things.---the "not all hands on deck" meeting is juggling space, events, and guests with the depts. listed which is 
why only some dept. are needed at meeting and only one person from them. This list is too quiet. Your input here as convention staff is valuable and welcome.
 
Also---Departments need to have their own meetings which include sub-department heads and staff (some already do). This is important. We are getting better organized with less chaos and that is due to working as a team and communication with heads and staff.
Don't wait for a "all hands on deck" general meeting to share ideas and suggestions...do it here or at a dept. meeting.

Eric, Tim, Chris, John, Myself, Marketing (eric downing), Rpgs/Larps (Robyn), Board Games (Shane), Video Games (Jason), Miniatures (Mike James), Special Guests (Eric Burgess), Registration (Tracy).
If this dept, head will not be attending they send their co-chair, sub-department chair, or staff member as the representative.
