[Deptheads] Banners

[mike fryer]

Long time use, they will not have any information on them that might
change. The image below is the kind of banner I am thinking of. They will
all look the same, with the department name only. I don't want to start a
discussion on the design at this time. That will happen after I get some
quotes and we know exactly what we can do.
